A final hurrah to the UK’s offshore racing season

2 Nights: 10 - 12 September 2021

£450 per person

On this race, you will find yourself flying across the channel on a thrilling night sail and have to be on our toes as there will be strong competition. Covering approximately 110nms this is a real sprint to France. After crossing the finish line, we will end the race in the stunning walled town of Cherbourg, which after a hard race is a welcome treat!

After enjoying the hospitality that France is famous for, we’ll cruise gently back to Blighty on Sunday morning.

We’ll leave Gunwharf Quays at 1630h on 10 September 2021 for a race start off Cowes. Race through the night, over to France. Arriving in the early hours of Saturday, you’ll have time to explore the Saturday markets and join our crew dinner ashore before the cruise back to Portsmouth on Sunday, arriving on the dock around 1600h on Sunday – with (hopefully) a fist full of silverware, and a bag full of wine and cheese!

  • A place on the race crew
  • Professional Race Skipper and four additional professional crew
  • Food, fuel, race entry and mooring fees
  • Wet weather gear
  • Travel to or from the boats
  • Food ashore
  • Some sailing experience is required.
  • A good level of fitness recommended.
