Each trip listing gives advice on how to get to and from your adventure. Usually, any travel to and from the vessel is your responsibility; we’ve teamed up with a global travel operator to make this easier for you. If you are unsure of anything regarding travel, please contact us to help you.
Can I cancel a booking?
Each sailing operator has its own cancellation and refund rules. Please see our Deposit and Cancellation policy for further details.
What about currency fluctuations?
Trips are priced in the operator’s local currency and we charge you a conversion to that amount correct at the day of charging. See Payments for more details.
Where do I find details of my booking?
Once you’ve booked your trip, we will email you your booking details immediately. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible on firstname.lastname@example.org.
