Once you’ve booked your trip, we will email you your booking details immediately. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please contact us as soon as possible on booking@kraken.travel.
Can I bring a hard suitcase?
Ideally not. Space on boats is always limited and you don’t want to end up sharing you bunk with your suitcase! Soft luggage such as duffel bags and rucksacks are your best bet.
Do I need specialist sailing insurance?
Generally yes, but we recommend checking with your current travel insurer. We can also direct you to appropriate insurers who will be able to provide the right cover. Contact us for our recommendations.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as direct bank transfer.
