Sailing Overview
With plenty of time for relaxation, a beautiful and well-equipped yacht and Shane's passion for exploration, you will have an unforgettable experience, perfectly tailored to your wishes. We will stop at quaint villages and marinas each evening, with time to explore ashore for those that wish it.
Shane is a brilliant and experienced skipper who has done quite a bit of big Ocean sailing – Cape to Rio and now permanently based in Croatia so he knows the whole area inside out.
You’ll be aboard a beautiful Hanse 455, designed to sleep 10 but we only sail with 6 guests to ensure everyone has space and comfort.
Below decks, our boat has 4 spacious double cabins – you may book a double cabin for yourself, or of course share.
(Marina) Split/Trogir – Embarkation
(Anchor) Necujam- quiet bay
(Anchor) Milna- quiet bay, and small picturesque town.
(Town dock) Vrboska- a little town on Hvar island, wine farms nearby.
(Town Dock) Stari grad- one of the oldest towns in Croatia/ possibility to catch a taxi over to Hvar town if the guests would like to.
(Mooring ball) Komiza- Quiet town on vis island with many outdoor activities.
(Town Dock) Vis- Lots to do on the island, military tours of the ruins/wine tasting many beaches to explore
(Mooring ball) Vela Luka- Quiet bay
(Anchor) Lastovo- National park is known for stargazing and a peaceful night.
(Marina) Korcula- The birthplace of Marco Polo, one of the best Croatian old towns around.
(Anchor/restaurant dock) Pomena/Polace- Small town near the saltwater lakes of Mljet, the possibility of kayaking or cycling around the lake.
(Restaurant dock) Okuklje- Quaint village on Mljet Island, the whole island is a national park so lots of outdoor activities to do. We could do a swim stop at Odysseus cave on the way to Pomena/Polace.
(Anchor) Ston- longest wall in Europe with the possibility of hiking along the wall.
(Marina) Dubrovnik – Disembark
