Welcoming, briefing, and night sail to Pantelleria (60 nautical miles).
Arrive at Pantelleria in the morning and trip to the most famous places on the island. Enjoy the crystal clear waters: we can’t miss Mirror Lake of Venus, Arco dell Elefante (a natural arch that looks like an elephant’s trunk), and the natural sauna. Overnight stay on the island.
Wine tour tasting at Emanuela Bonomo winery. We’ll taste the typical products of Pantelleria, which are world-famous and available onboard during our boat tour: capers and Passito, a raisin wine.
Night sail to Agrigento (about 70 nautical miles).
After the night sail, we’ll stop for breakfast by the enchanting Scala Dei Turchi. This rocky cliff has a characteristic white color which contrasts with the blue sea. Mooring at Marina di San Leone, one of the beaches of Agrigento and famous for the golden sand and the lively nightlife.
Excursion to Agrigento with an official tour guide: the city is ancient, and you’ll breathe the evocative atmosphere while walking around the old town, which overlooks the whole city from above. Particularly interesting is the visit to the archaeological park Valle Dei Templi, an official UNESCO World Heritage Site and symbol of Greek domination.
Sail to Marina di Ragusa (about 55 nautical miles): the day will be entirely dedicated to sailing and the exploration of the Southern coast of Sicily.
Excursion to Ragusa Ibla: this is the old town of Ragusa and has great historical and architectural value. The place is distinctive because it is located on a hill that dominates the city and offers spectacular scenery. Ragusa Ibla, an official UNESCO World Heritage Site, is rich in splendid Baroque churches and palaces. Lunch at Baglio Occhipinti with a tasting of gastronomical specialties and a visit to the wine cellars.
After a casual breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the crew.
