The Baltic Sea Race a new offshore race for 2022! The Royal Ocean Racing Club (RORC) together with the Ocean Racing Alliance (ORA) are delighted to announce the launch of the RORC Baltic Sea Race.
Training - 2 Days: 19 - 20 July 2022
Race - 5 Days: 21 - 25 July 2022 (Approx end date)
£3499 per person
Approximately 630 nautical miles are covered by the Baltic Sea Race. The race will start and finish off Helsinki in the Gulf of Finland. The course incorporates the Swedish island of Gotland, located approximately 250 nautical miles southwest of Helsinki.
The yacht is professionally maintained and raced competitively in major regattas and offshore events in the UK, Europe and the Caribbean. She comes with an extensive racing sail wardrobe and has been modified from the factory original for ease and functionality of racing.
Our Beneteau 47.7 is MCA coded category 2 for 14 people and ISAF coded to Cat. 1 She sleeps up to 10 in four separate cabins, all berths are equipped with lee cloths for use at sea.

Arrival on the boat and meet your skipper and crew, followed by a safety brief and the regatta programme. You will spend the day getting to know your crew.

PLEASE NOTE: The race itself should take between three to five days depending on the weather. Although, it is possible that it could take up to 7 days if winds are very light. We recommend booking flexible flights through Marine Travel or similar in case the race runs over .
