Set in the stunning surroundings of Crosshaven in Southern Ireland Cork Week is a fantastic event. With superb racing over a variety of different tactical courses every day its a true challenge for the teams.

6 Days: 10 - 15 July 2022

There are superb races on a variety of tactical courses every day, which is a true challenge for the teams. Racing over Olympic, triangular, windward-leward, trapezoidal and coastal courses, as well as harbour and coastal races, offer a variety second to none. This event should not be missed, especially since the world's oldest yacht club offers fantastic Irish hospitality.

Yacht – Beneteau 47.7

The yacht is professionally maintained and raced competitively in major regattas and offshore events in the UK, Europe and the Caribbean. She comes with an extensive racing sail wardrobe and has been modified from the factory original for ease and functionality of racing.

Our Beneteau 47.7 is MCA coded category 2 for 14 people and ISAF coded to Cat. 1 She sleeps up to 10 in four separate cabins, all berths are equipped with lee cloths for use at sea.

Itinerary

10th July – Training Day

Arrival on the boat and meet your skipper and crew, followed by a safety brief and the regatta programme. You will spend the day getting to know your crew.

11th – 15th July Regatta Week

Round the cans racing over Olympic, triangle, windward-leward and trapezoid courses as well as coastal and harbour races. Fantastic Irish hospitality on offer at the worlds oldest yacht Club and this is an event with plenty of social activities.
