The Tall Ship Flying Dutchman was built in 1903 and has since been reconstructed to serve as a sailing passengers vessel that is able to sail comfortably over international waters. The construction of the interior was focused on comfortability and creating a warm atmosphere (all the mahogany). Other than this, all cabins are fitted with their own ensuite, heating and air conditioning.
Are Kraken sailing trips suitable for solo travellers?
Generally, YES! Solo travellers may travel alone, but on arrival they become part of the crew. If a trip isn’t suitable for solo travellers you’ll find we will say so on the trip’s listing page.
Will I be able to book my trip cheaper if I go to the operator directly?
No, not at all. At the time you book you’ll be paying the best price possible.
How can I pay for my booking?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express as well as direct bank transfer.
What do I need to wear?
Each trip listing has a suggested kit list. This is a good starting point, but you are welcome to bring additional kit.
