The team at Kraken have been working hard to stay on top of the latest updates which allows us to guide our travellers through every step of their upcoming journey.

We would also like you to make you aware that although there are currently restrictions in place, you can rest assured that booking your next holiday does not need to be put on hold in fear of loosing money should rules change further and restrictions enhanced. We are taking sound travel advice from both UK Foreign & Commonwealth Office (FCO) and World Health Organisation (WHO) which allows us to be well prepared for any upcoming changes.
If your trip is cancelled by ourselves or the operator, you’ll be offered the following a) transfer your booking to another departure free of charge b) receive a Kraken Travel voucher to the full value of monies, or c) a full cash refund.
Along with us being quite pedantic about keeping our guests safe, you will also soon pick up that we are complete ocean junkies and simply cannot get enough of it, so we have some pretty amazing stories to tell!
